Shipping software from Pakistan, globally
Why we run an agency from Abbottabad, what 'time-zone-friendly' actually looks like in practice, and what global clients should expect.

A lot of clients ask why we operate out of Abbottabad. The honest answer is that the engineering bench here is unreasonably good — and global clients benefit from how that translates into delivery.
What it looks like in practice
Our standard week starts Monday with a 30-minute scope review per active project. We work in 1–2 week iterations. Every Friday there's a working demo, on staging, of whatever we shipped that week. It's a deliberately boring rhythm and it's how we hit dates.
The time-zone question
For US clients, our day overlaps with their morning. That sounds bad in theory; in practice, it means we have an entire workday's progress to demo by the time you log on. It's a feature, not a bug.
What global clients should expect
- Written-first communication. We document, you review. Decisions don't get lost in voice calls.
- Demoing every week, even when it's small. No surprises at month-end.
- Honest scope conversations. We say no when something is going to slip.
If that sounds like the kind of agency you want to work with, get in touch.
