Hosting plans
New hosting subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if the site has had no production traffic. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and we’ll stop billing at the end of the current period.
If we cause an extended outage (more than 24 contiguous hours within a billing period), we credit your account pro-rata for the affected period.
Project services (design, graphics, apps, custom development)
- Before work begins: full refund of any deposit, less any third-party costs already committed.
- After work has begun: we refund the unconsumed portion of your deposit, calculated by the time and materials already invested.
- After delivery: deliverables are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you on scoped revisions per the original quote.
Manual / bank-transfer payments
Refunds for manual payments are returned via the same channel (bank transfer to the same account or wallet you paid from). Bank fees on the return are deducted from the refunded amount.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we settle most disputes within 48 hours. Chargebacks raised without contacting us may result in account suspension while we work with the card network to resolve them.
How to request a refund
Email info@filenod.com from the email on your Filenod account, describing what you’d like refunded and why. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.
