Problem

The company was repositioning from a teacher-facing tool to a parent-facing one. The brand reflected the old positioning and felt institutional, not warm.

Approach

New wordmark, color system, illustration motif, and a 30-page brand book. Shipped a Next.js marketing site against the new identity, with a CMS so the in-house team could keep ownership.

Outcome

Site relaunch drove a 2.4x improvement on parent sign-up conversion. Brand assets in active use across product, marketing, and ad creative.
