The problem
Talented students with good ideas had no infrastructure to validate, build, and ship. They'd graduate and quietly stop.
Our approach
Six-month structured cohorts with weekly mentor reviews. We provided hosting, stipends, design, and engineering coverage for the projects with the strongest validation.
The outcome
Multiple cohorts shipped, several incubated projects became Filenod clients in their post-incubation phase. Two graduates joined Filenod's engineering bench.
