We built and operate Filenod Academy — bridging classroom education and real production work for students in Pakistan and beyond.
The problem
Students kept graduating with credentials that didn't translate to jobs. We needed a platform that married instruction with real client exposure and gave students a working portfolio at the end.
Our approach
Multi-tenant LMS with cohort scheduling, project-based assessment, and a portal that hands students live client briefs from filenod's agency arm. Mentorship hours scheduled inside the platform; portfolios auto-rendered from coursework.
The outcome
Six active tracks. 1,000+ enrolled. 60%+ of graduates placed into freelance or full-time roles within 90 days of completion.
