How backups and restores work
Every hosting plan includes nightly database + file backups. Backups are stored off-site with 14-day retention.
To restore: open a support ticket from the dashboard. We'll roll back within 30 minutes. Self-serve restore is on the roadmap for late 2026.
Pro and Business plans run a tested DR drill quarterly to verify backup integrity.
