What happens when I cancel a hosting plan?
You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep service until then.
Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation in case you change your mind. After that it's permanently deleted from production and from backups in the next rotation.
